Training Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
Cancellation/Rescheduling By GRIPHENS®
- GRIPHENS® reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training at any time, including but not limited to, less than 5 participants, trainer’s availability, training venue or any disaster.
- All participants should inform before 2-5 days of the training date for cancellation/rescheduling of the training whenever possible, by contacting GRIPHENS® at the email address or phone, provided at the time of registration.
- GRIPHENS® is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation/rescheduling of a scheduled training.
- At the time of cancellation, training participants can claim for return of their training fee. GRIPHENS® shall promptly refund all training fees to the participant.
Cancellation/Rescheduling By Participants/Customers
- Rescheduling or Registrant substitutions for training may be made at any time.
- Cancellations must receive up to 5 business days prior to training. GRIPHENS® shall promptly refund all paid training fees to the participant.
- If cancellations received 3-5 business days prior to training class GRIPHENS® will return paid training fee after deducting 10% administrative charges.
- Cancellations 1-2 business days prior to training GRIPHENS shall return 80% of the paid fee. Or Full fee can be credited to same program on other date/location or any other GRIPHENS® training programs.
- Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend the training program, you are responsible for the payment. As courtesy GRIPHENS® may allow you to attend same program on another date/location.
